As with all new products that you are going to begin using on your skin, always try a small area first to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately. All of our products are for external use only unless otherwise stated.

MASSAGE TREATMENTS

All treatments, services, and facilities are intended for general wellbeing purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition – medical or otherwise – that the client may have.

Clients agree that all treatments, services and facilities are requested and used at the clients’ own risk and that they will have no recourse against the therapist, for any alleged damage or loss arising out of or in connection to the treatments, services, and/or facilities.

Clients will also fully indemnify and hold harmless the therapist from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the treatments, services and/or facilities.

PRESERVATIVES IN PRODUCTS

We do not use preservatives in our products – and we don’t need to. So long as you follow the directions on how to care for your products, you should not have any problems. However, we are not responsible for any problems due to misuse of our products. If mould or bacteria grow on your product we are not responsible. This is why it is very important for you to follow proper storage and care of your products.

ESSENTIAL OILS 

Essential oils are highly concentrated and should not be applied directly undiluted on the skin. A skin tolerance test should always be done. The smell of essential oils and products containing essential oils may change from batch to batch. These are natural products and the smell is dependant on many factors, such as the growing climate, soil, harvesting, etc.

ZEN BOMBS & OTHER PRODUCTS – APPEARANCE

As all of our Zen Bombs and products are handmade, we can’t duplicate the exact colouration each time. Climate changes also affect the outcome of the products. So although we follow the exact recipe each time a product is made, these can look different than what is shown in pictures.

As all of our Zen Bombs are handmade and individually hand-pressed, please be aware that some of the weights from product to product may vary slightly.

PRODUCT CLAIMS AND EVALUATIONS

We cannot guarantee actual results on any of our products, as everyone’s DNA is different. Product claims and descriptions are based on research (by outside parties, internet research, etc.) on all of the ingredients in our products. If you have any questions about a product, please ask before purchasing. Remember – we are NOT physicians and can only offer personal advice from our own experience and education. For a concrete understanding of any particular ingredient and how it will react with your body – please contact your family physician or conduct your own personal research. It is up to you to use your personal discretion when purchasing and using products from our company. We make no medical claims and only provide you with information on what the product is known for.

The gemstones, essential oils, and all products including the ingredients thereof are sold in good faith to be what they claim to be, in the same way we have purchased them from our suppliers. We have assumed them to be true and correct but have not run individual tests to prove their authenticity. We cannot be held responsible if otherwise is proven.

Let’s Zen is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of any product on our website. By purchasing items on our site you are fully aware of our disclaimer and use products at your own risk.
