About us.

Meet Karen

Let’s Zen is very personal to me. It has a very special place in my heart. It is a testimony to life, that we are never too old to live, learn, and achieve our goals, no matter what challenges life has thrown our way.

Commonly known as a “midlife crisis”, some get a racy new car, others go skydiving, and still others travel the world or have a fling.

Not me. No, I did none of these daredevil, exhilarating, blood-pumping challenges. At 48, I decided to go to college to do a course that had caught my attention for years, pulling me back over and over to read the details. It felt almost like a calling, something that was a part of my life journey, exactly what I was meant to do, but never had the time to follow through.

And that was Complementary Healing. How to heal with my hands. The gift of touch. The union of body, soul, and spirt to achieve holistic wellness.

I admit that I never liked school, so this was a big step. My two daughters are my absolute pride and joy, and through exceptional diligence, they have blossomed into dynamic, successful, young women. They constantly motivate me to achieve my dreams.

Five years later and more than 20 different courses passed, some said I had developed an obsession.  I say “Not at all. I found my passion.”

I have met so many wonderful people, and I derive great satisfaction in that I can help others in my own simple way.  When I am told of the relief or enjoyment derived from my products it is so uplifting. Every time I massage, do reflexology, or make my wellness products, I think of it as sharing my gift.

I cannot express my immense gratitude for my blessings. None of this would have been possible without the endless support, constant help, (and free labour), of my amazing daughters and ever-loving parents. Never forgetting the kindness of my sister, steadfast friends, and enthusiastic colleagues, all whom have been with me every step of the way in this venture. To all, I am eternally grateful.

My name is Karen, with the support of my family, friends, and each one of you. We are Let’s Zen.

Thank you for making this possible.

Yours sincerely,

Karen

Objectives

Let’s Zen’s primary objective is to promote “Complementary Healing” and wellbeing.

Western, Eastern, Homeopathic, and Alternative Medicine all have their place in society, but I offer none of these.

I want to promote “positive mind” , “healthy body” and “spiritual enlightenment”, which combined   complement your wellbeing.

It has never been more upfront and open how many people suffer from depression, nor how important good mental health is.

Now is the time to love, care for, and spoil yourself, because when you are in a state of balance, everything else becomes more manageable, and everything seems to just fall into place.

There is nothing better than living a life where you are happy within yourself and content with your life.

"YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HAPPINESS"

Motto

“PERFECTLY IMPERFECT.”

It’s important to acknowledge and accept that imperfection, in reality, is absolute perfection.

Have you ever watched the sun rise and said “if only there were more orange in the sky, it would look even better?”

   Obviously not!

Each sunrise

Each sunset

Every flower

Is unique. It is the imperfections that make them breathtakingly beautiful, and “Perfectly Imperfect”.

Let your originality and perfect imperfections shine through. Own them, they are what makes a breathtaking. unique, beautiful  individual soul.

"THE PERFECT LIFE BEGINS WHEN THERE IS NO NEED FOR A BETTER ONE."
